Delicious Cake With Chicken and Mushrooms

Dear friends, I want to present you simple recipe of the cake made of crepes. It`s perfect for a family lunch or a festive dinner. Such a snack with chicken is tender and yummy. Crepes will melt in the mouth. You will like it as well as zesty aftertaste of chicken. Try to cook such a cake, as it`s really easy.

Instructions:
  1. Break 3 eggs into the bowl, add pinch of salt and sugar. Mix everything well.
  2. Add a half of warm milk into the same bowl. Mix everything once again.
  3. Slowly sift the flour into the same bowl.
  4. Add the rest of warm milk, water and vegetable oil into the bowl. Oil is an important ingredient, making the dough elastic.
  5. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.
  6. Fry crepes on the preheat pan, making them a bit thicker than usual.
  7. For cooking the filling you need to boil chicken fillet. To make it tastier I usually add salt and bay leaf into water before boiling poultry.
  8. Chop onion and fry it on the pan, lubricated with vegetable oil.
  9. Repeat the same with mushrooms.
  10. Mash chicken, mushrooms and onion, using blender.
  11. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. That`s it.
  12. Now you can get down to making the cake. Cover each pancake with this delicious filling.
  13. Cover the edges with sour cream and decorate with fresh chopped onion. Lubricate the top of cake with mayonnaise.
  14. Put your cake in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
As you see, this chicken crepes recipe is simple. The taste of this dish is perfect, no matter whether you eat it hot or cold.
