Instructions:
  1. Wash each mussel carefully, using a soft brush. Wipe it carefully and put them on a tray. Dust them with some salt and put the tray into a preheated oven. Cook this delicacy at 356 F for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt butter and grate hard cheese on the coarse grater.
  3. Chop fresh parsley. Peel the garlic and crush it as well. Add spicy pepper.
  4. Take the tray with the mussels out of the oven. Open each one carefully. Get rid of the top shell of each mussel.
  5. Sprinkle each one with the melted butter and add a layer of grated cheese, herbs and pepper. Continue baking this dish in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Take the tray out of the oven and sprinkle each mussel with some fresh lemon juice.
