  1. To begin with, wash turkey carefully.
  2. Wash oranges with the brush and cut 2.5 of them into thin slices. Peel and slice apples as well. Put all the fruits into the big bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice of the half of the orange into the cup.
  4. Stuff the orange with the fruits. Tie the legs and put the turkey on the grid. Cover the skin with the orange juice. Add fresh herbs on the top of the poultry.
  5. Bake your meal for 4-6 hours. The time of cooking depends on the size of your turkey. I recommend you to bake it at 356-392 F. In 3 hours you may open the door of the stove and check whether the poultry is soft.
