The difference is in the way of combining tastes. In this case, the sausage is not covered with the thick layer of corn dough. That`s why it`s well baked and has a crunchy crust. Instructions:
  1. Sift flour and corn flour through the sieve. Mix these ingredients in the bowl. Add salt, baking powder and sugar.
  2. Slowly add milk into the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix everything well.
  3. Make a soft dough. It may be even sticky, don`t worry. Keep in mind that here should be used corn flour. Do not replace it with any other flour if you want everything to go right.
  4. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. Form a ball of dough and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Peel sausages. If they are long, cut each one in halves. Stab each sausage with the stick. Then take a knife and cut the surface of the sausage in a spiral.
  6. There should be enough space between parts of the sausage.
  7. Take a small piece of the dough and roll it into thin string.
  8. Fill the holes with this dough.
  9. Find a frying pan with high bumpers and fill it with vegetable oil. Preheat it. In order to check whether your oil is hot enough, deep a small piece of dough into the oil. If it starts boiling, you may get down to cooking.
  10. Fry sausages until they are golden-brown. They should be deep-fried from all the sides.
  11. Take sausages out of the frying pan and put on the paper towel.
