Deep-fried Chicken Meatballs
Classical meatballs taste better when they are deep-fried. They have a golden crust and attract the attention of hungry guests. Of course, this recipe isn`t really healthy. However, if you want to eat something special, you may treat yourself with such a dish.
For cooking these meatballs you may use turkey or beef as well as chicken. Pork meatballs will be too fat, so do not use this meat. One more secret is that you need to stuff them with breadcrumbs instead of wet bread. Fat cream is used instead of milk. There are enough ingredients in this list for cooking 20 meatballs. If you serve them with garnish, you may feed 7-8 people with these yummy balls.

Wash chicken, dry it and put it through a meat-grinder.
Peel an onion and mash it as well.
Add 1 egg, chopped dill and breadcrumbs.
Wear latex gloves and make mincemeat. Then add cream and salt this mass to taste.
Form chicken meatballs, using a tablespoon.
Fill the pan with vegetable oil and put it on the oven. When it1 already hot, put several meatballs into the pan. Stir oil for the meat not to stick to the bottom of your pan.
As soon as oil starts boiling, slow down the fire and cook meatballs for 5 minutes until they have golden crust.
When meatballs are ready, take them out of the pan and put into the plate, covered with paper towels. Paper will absorb extra oil.
