This simple dessert isn`t the healthiest one. However, you may treat yourself with such a snack from time to time. All you need is several free hours and good mood.

Instructions:
  1. Mix the yeast dough.
  2. Divide it into small balls. Leave them for 5 minutes.
  3. Flatten all of them and fill with yummy jam.
  4. Form tight balls.
  5. Put them on the tray, dusted with the flour and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Fry them in the big amount of water until they are golden.

Serve these balls with another portion of yummy jam.

For the first time I was able to cook deep-fried balls on this recipe. Apparently all the ingredients in the correct proportions in the recipe. The taste was just perfect. Balls turned out very lush and delicate.
