Deep-fried Asian Chop

Wash meat, wipe it and get rid of the extra fat. Cut meat into the equal pieces. Tenderize it and put into the pack with the yummy marinade. Leave everything for 4 hours in the fridge. IF you have enough time, you may even leave meat for the whole night.
1 hour before cooking you need to take the pack out of the fridge and leave it in the warm place.
Fill the pan with the oil and heat it. Whip an egg with the light soy sauce. Fill two bowls with the breadcrumbs and the flour. Roll each piece of meat in the egg, flour and breadcrumbs. Fry it from both sides until the meat it golden yellow.
Put meat on the paper towel to get rid of the extra oil. Put your thin chops on the warm place. Cover meat with yummy sauce and decorate each meal with the fresh salad leaves.
