  1. Macaroons should be baked in a preheated oven. So, preheat it to 350F. If you want the flavor of this dessert to be richer, we recommend you put almonds on the tray, covered with parchment. Bake the nuts for 5 minutes.
  2. Leave them to cool down for several minutes.
  3. In the meantime whip egg whites carefully. Add sugar, almond extract and salt carefully. Continue whisking this mass until it is airy and frothy.

  5. Form tender cute macaroons. Cover a baking tray with parchment. Transfer the coconut macaroons to the plate.
  6. Bake these macaroons for 20 minutes. They will have light golden color.
