  1. Take large bowl. Sift the flour carefully and mix a half of it in the bowl with sugar and dry yeast.
  2. When all dry ingredients are mixed, pour in warm water. Mix everything slowly for a minute or two.
  3. Now cover the bowl either with the towel or with plastic wrap. Leave it for an hour until dry yeast works. When you open the bowl, the dough will be bubbly.
  4. Now carefully stir in salt and the rest of the flour. Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into the bowl. You can go on with the olive oil or add sesame oil or avocado oil.
  5. Dust the table with the flour and knead the dough carefully. If you need, thicken the dough, adding more flour. It shouldn`t be too soft and sticky.
  6. When you`re done, transfer the dough to the bowl, greased with butter. Cover it with plastic wrap again and leave in the warm place. It will grow in size in an hour.
  7. Cover baking tray with the parchment and grease it with soft butter. Form the loaf and put it on the baking tray. Leave it in the warm place for one more time.
  8. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  9. Make decorative cuts on the top of the loaf with the sharp knife. Dust it with the flour slightly.
  10. Bake your loaf for 40-45 minutes. It will be tender enough and will have this light golden color.
  11. Take the tray out of the oven and leave it to cool down.
  12. In the meantime, mix oil with herbs. Chop garlic finely and mince it with dry parsley, rosemary, basil and oregano. Add fresh ground pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix everything slowly.
  13. Cut bread into pieces and top each slice with this fragrant oil.
