· Onion – 1-2 pieces
· Flour – 2 cups
· Breadcrumbs – 2 cups
· Milk – 400 ml.
· Eggs – 2 pieces
· Baking powder – 2 tbsp.
· Smoked paprika, black pepper, salt – to taste.
· Oil – for frying.
1. Cut onion into thin circles and separate them.
2. Mix eggs with milk. Add this mass into the bowl and mix with flour until smooth. Dip onion rings into this mass and put them on the grid.
3. Preheat the oil up to 356 degrees. Use frying pan with high bumpers. Cover onion rings with breadcrumbs. Fry them in the oil until they are golden-yellow. It usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
4. When rings are ready, put them on the paper towel in order to get rid of extra oil.
