Instructions:
  1. Wash chicken wings carefully. Cut each one in two pieces.
  2. Add paprika and fresh ground black pepper into the bowl with chicken wings.
  3. Add juice of half of the lemon. Mix everything carefully for poultry to be covered with spices.
  4. Marinate this dish for 2 hours.
  5. Use whites of two eggs. Add them to the bowl. Whisk it carefully, turning into light airy froth.
  6. Add one cup of the starch. Mix everything one more time.
  7. Pour this mass over chicken wings.
  8. Add vegetable oil into the frying pan.
  9. Transfer chicken wings to the pan with oil and cook them from both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Take them out of your deep pan and transfer to the large plate, covered with paper towels to get rid of extra oil.
