Croissants with Custard


Have you ever tried yummy homemade croissants? I`m sure, if you did, you`ve loved them more than cheap pastry from the nearest supermarket. Homemade puff pastry with the huge amount of your favourite filling is a gorgeous combination! I`m sure, you`ll easily cook them even if you`re not used to spend much time baking.

  1. For cooking this yummy dessert you`ll need to buy a big pack of frozen puff pastry. Defrost it beforehand. Leave it in the warm place for 12 hours. Unwrap the dough and flatten it.
  2. Cut the dough into 9 pieces. Then cut each one in two triangles. You`ll have 18 slices to work with.
  3. Fill each one with the custard and form small croissants.
  4. Cover the tray with baking paper. If it`s too dry, lubricate the paper with the small amount of oil. Add croissants into the tray.
  5. Preheat the oven and start baking croissants. Cook them for 15 minutes.

When the dish is ready, leave it to cool down and start eating. Don`t forget to treat your friends and family with such a yummy pastry.
