Instructions:
  1. Grate hard cheese. Chop onion.
  2. Defrost puff pastry and cut the square into 8 triangles.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp of cheese with onion and mustard.
  4. Cover each triangle with this mass.
  5. Roll a croissant.
  6. Put them on the tray, covered with baking paper.
  7. Dust croissants with the grated cheese and chia seeds.
  8. Bake croissants at 356 F for 11-13 minutes.
