Croissant with Chocolate

Defrost the dough in the warm room.
Put the dough on the table, covered with the flour. Cut it into squares. Then you`ll need to cut each square into 2 triangles.
Put a small pieces of chocolate on the one side of each triangle. Form croissants.
Cover the tray with the baking paper. Put croissants on the tray and leave them for 20 minutes. Cover pastry with whipped egg yolk.
Preheat the oven. Bake croissants at 356 F for 15 minutes. Your pastry will be golden-brown.
Leave this dessert to cool down and serve with the cup of coffee or tea.
