  1. Wash vegetables and cut into thin sticks. Sprinkle them with vegetable oil.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: bread crumbs, spices and flour.
  3. Whip one egg.
  4. Dunk zucchini sticks into this egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Put these sticks on the tray covered with baking paper and bake at 392 degrees.
  6. Cook this snack for ten minutes.
