Take all the wings and divide each one into 2 halves.
Put all the meat into deep bowl. Add paprika, salt, special seasoning and pepper. Then mix everything for the meat to be covered with spices.
Sprinkle poultry with lemon juice and mix it once again.
Leave it for 2 hours to marinade.
Whip 2 whites with the whisk.
Add two tablespoons of starch.
Whip this mass once again. Pour it into the bowl with chicken wings.
Fill frying pan with vegetable oil. It should have high sides.
Put chicken wings into the pan with preheat oil and fry until they are crusty.
