  1. To cook crispy chicken wings you’ll need to buy fresh poultry. Separate each piece into two slices. Put them into a bowl. Add salt, pepper and dry garlic. Sprinkle everything with vegetable oil. Mix everything well, and ensure that the meat is covered with the spices. Add the flour and mix everything one more time.
  2. Put all the wings into the tray, covered with the baking paper. Put the tray into the oven preheated to 392 F and cook it for 25 minutes.
  3. While the snack is being cooked, mix the rest of the ingredients, that you’ll need to use for making the sauce. Whip it for 25 minutes. Open the door of the oven and cover the half-baked wings with a layer of the sauce and continue cooking.
