Creamy Soufflé with Berries


Summer is really great time. Summer means different fresh berries everywhere. Here is one amazing recipe for those who really love berries. This creamy soufflé is heavenly tender. You may cook one big cake or serve it in the small bowls. If you want your dessert to be even lower in calories, use low-fat cottage cheese.

  1. First, put gelatin into the small pan and cover it with cold milk. Wait for 5-10 minutes until it grows in size. Then put the pan on the cooker and heat this mass until gelatin melts. Don`t forget to stir everything. And do not let this mass boil. When you`re done, leave jelly to cool down. Meanwhile, you have time to prepare cottage cheese.
  2. Take a separate bowl and put cottage cheese inside. Add sugar and sour cream. Whip this mass, using a blender until it`s smooth.
  3. Then add milk with gelatin and whip everything, using blender one more time. Add washed berries and mix these ingredients, using tablespoon. Berries shouldn`t be mashed. And don`t forget to leave several berries for decorating your dessert.
  4. Now you need to put soufflé into separate bowls. Hide them into the fridge. If you`re not in a hurry, wait for the whole night. Still, you may eat it in several hours. When your dessert is ready, decorate it with berries. You may add grated lemon zest or even dark chocolate.
