Instructions:
  1. In this recipe we use fresh sponge cake. However, you may always cook it by yourself. Still, if the sponge cake is already bought, all you need is to cut the layer into small cubes.
  2. Then take a half of the cup of walnuts and crush them, using a sharp knife. The pieces shouldn`t be too small. If you like, you may use any other nuts.
  3. Now you may get down to cooking the cream. This process is very easy as well! Mix sour cream with the sugar and whip everything, using a powerful mixer.
  4. When the mass is really thick, add soft pieces of the sponge cake into the bowl. Mix everything.
  5. Put a half of this creamy mass on the plate. Decorate this small mounting with the pineapples and crunchy walnuts. Add the rest of the mass.
  6. Melt chocolate on the water bath carefully. Pour this chocolate mass on the top of the creamy mounting.
