Tender cream soup with mushrooms is a unique dish. You may use both frozen and fresh mushrooms. In both cases the taste will be amazing!

Instructions:
  1. For cooking this soup you may use any mushrooms or even a mixture of different varieties. Defrost them (in the microwave oven or leave them for the whole night) and strain the water.
  2. Peel and cut potato. Put it into the bowl and cover with water. Boil vegetables.
  3. Peel and chop carrot and onion.
  4. Fry onion and carrot until these vegetables are golden-yellow.
  5. Add mushrooms into the pan and fry on the big fire. Cook until the mixture is dry. There shouldn`t be liquid in the pan.
  6. If potato is already soft, add fried vegetables into the pan and cook everything for 5 more minutes.

  8. Then mash everything with the blender until the mass is smooth.
  9. Add cream and salt. I recommend you to leave it for several minutes. In this case its taste will be richer.
