Cream Sauce with Garlic And Greens

Instructions:
  1. All the ingredients are important when you`re going to cook such a sauce.
  2. Prepare fresh herbs. Wash it and cut off the stems. Put herbs on the paper towel.
  3. Meanwhile peel garlic. Mash it, using garlic press. Put it into the bowl; add salt and spices.
  4. When herbs are already dry, chop them using sharp knife or special scissors.
  5. Add sour cream and mix all these ingredients. Leave this sauce for several hours in the fridge.

Then you may use this sauce for cooking yummy salads, pastas or meat meals. Bon Appetite!
