Instructions:
  1. To begin with, prepare berries. If it isn`t ripe, add more sugar and spices, for the sauce not to be sour. Put sweet cranberry into the pot with the thick bottom. Leave if for several minutes. Squeeze orange juice.
  2. Add orange juice into the pot with the berries.
  3. Now mix the spices. I recommend you to use nutmeg and cinnamon. Add these ingredients into the pot.
  4. Cook cranberry sauce for about 5 minutes. Stir it from time to time. If you want your sauce to be thicker, add the flour and cook everything for 5 more minutes.
  5. If you like, you may rug the berries through the sieve. Still, the sauce with the berries is gorgeous as well. Pour it into the glass jar.
  6. Leave the leftovers of the sauce in the fridge.
