  1. To begin with, prepare the berries. If they aren’t ripe, add more sugar and spices, so that the sauce isn’t sour. Put the sweet cranberries into a pot with a thick bottom. Leave them for several minutes.
  2. Add in the squeezed orange juice.
  3. Now mix the spices. I recommend you use nutmeg and cinnamon. Add these ingredients into the pot.
  4. Simmer the cranberry sauce for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. If you want your sauce to be thicker, add the flour and cook everything for 5 more minutes.
  5. If you like, you can pass the berries through the sieve. Either way, the sauce with the berries will be gorgeous. Pour it into a glass jar.
  6. Leave the leftovers of the sauce in the fridge.
