Instructions:
  1. Grate boiled potatoes. Add eggs, salt it and pepper. Mix everything well.
  2. Add flour and mix everything once again.
  3. I prefer to buy natural sausages. They need to be boiled. However, lots of sausages now do not need to be boiled.
  4. Wrap each sausage with mashed potato.
  5. Then roll each country sausage in the flour and fry on the vegetable oil mixed with garlic.
  6. Garlic oil is easy to cook. Preheat the frying pan filled with vegetable oil and add chopped garlic. You may take it out, if you like. Oil will definitely be fragrant.
  7. Country sausages should have golden crust.

You may eat these sausages right after cooking, or cut them into slices. There are a lot of benefits of potato dough. It consists less calories and carbohydrates. What`s more, you may add different spices and greens to enrich the taste. If you like sausage skillet and similar dishes, you`ll definitely like this country sausage. Bake it and try muffins with sausage and mini country sausages. Bon Appetite!
