Instructions:
  1. Cook yummy tender jam. Wash strawberry and mash it, using a blender. Add sugar and put everything into the pan. Boil this jam for several minutes until your jam is thick. Finally you`ll need to add lemon juice.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with eggs and sugar. Whip everything, using a mixer. Add semolina and salt.
  3. Form small balls and roll them in the flour. Form flat cottage cheese pancakes. Fry them in the pan, covered with the oil from both sides. Put these pancakes on the paper towel to get rid of extra oil.

Serve yummy pancakes with fresh strawberry jam.
