Instructions:
  1. Take a small bowl and mix eggs with salt and sugar. Rub cottage cheese through the sieve. Add semolina, sour cream and mix everything one more time.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with whipped eggs and sugar.
  3. Add the flour and mix the dough until smooth.
  4. Leave this dough for 15 minutes. Meanwhile peel 0.5 mango and it into cubes. Form cheesecakes, filled with mango.
  5. Roll them in the flour and fry in the pan until light-golden.
