Instructions:
  1. First, find the deep bowl. Break one egg. Add 5 tablespoons of sugar. Whip everything quickly, using a powerful mixer.
  2. Whip cottage cheese and add it into the bowl with the main ingredients.
  3. Sift the flour through the sieve.
  4. Dust the table with the flour. Form small pancakes and roll each of them in flour.
  5. Cover the tray with butter. Fill it with cottage cheese pancakes.
  6. Cook them in the preheated oven. Bake yummy dessert for 10 minutes at 356 F.

I recommend taking home-made fat cottage cheese, which is itself stuck together, so it won’t fall apart before our eyes, even without flour. Flour gives the curd mass a less sticky consistency, and even without it, the curd dough hardly keeps its shape, remains on the palms. Therefore, I use a lot of flour already in the formation of cheesecakes themselves due to the fact that in this way they perfectly keep their shape.
