  1. Wash apples, peel them and cut into thin slices. Find deep frying pan. Put it on the oven and lubricate with butter.
  2. The best in this recipe is the filling – sweet caramelized apples. They make the taste of this casserole so special. Fry apples on the pan. Dust them with sugar and fry each side for 4 minutes.
  3. In order to cook the dough, mix cottage cheese, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream and flour. I use neither baking powder no semolina in this recipe.
  4. Put the apples into the baking form and cover them with the dough.
  5. Preheat the oven and put the form into it. Bake this cake at 392 degrees until the dish is ready. Usually it takes half an hour.

Serve this delicious casserole when it cools down. Be sure, it will be eaten in less than one hour. However, you can cook one more cake, using fresh and soft cottage cheese. Light dish would do no harm to your figure. Everyone will like this tender desert for breakfast or supper. If you don`t like apples, you can mix cottage cheese and berries, or add more sugar into this dessert. Enjoy your meal!
