  1. Before starting cooking polenta you`ll need to find a pot with the thick bottom and edges. Fill it with the water and add salt. Boil the liquid. Add corn, stirring everything constantly. Then slow down the fire and cook polenta for 30-40 minutes. At the end of this process. The mass in the pot should be a bit sticky

  4. Add garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. Melt the rest of butter in the frying pan. Add the flour and milk. Mix everything one more time and boil. Later add two types of grated cheese, paprika and salt.
  5. Cut polenta into pieces. Put the on the separate plates and serve with the portion of the sauce. Decorate such a meal with the fresh cilantro.
