  1. Wash potatoes well. You may use a special brush, as we clean it without peeling. As for the potatoes, choose those of not very big size. When I cook for my family consisting of four members, I take 2 kilos of potatoes). Cut it into small equal slices and put into the deep bowl.
  2. Dust with the mixture of herbs (personally, I use special spices for potatoes, which includes all the herbs needed. Salt it, pour a bit of vegetable oil and mix everything well.
