Instructions:
  1. For cooking this light and yummy soup. I recommend you to use chicken fillet. However, you may replace it with the legs of tights. Put poultry into the bowl.
  2. Add water, peeled carrot and onion.
  3. Add spices: cilantro, salt, pepper. Cook everything until meat is ready. Vegetables should be soft as well.
  4. Put poultry into the bowl. Get rid of the vegetables. Strain the broth.
  5. Add salt to taste. Then through the noodles into the pan and boil everything. Cook this soup until it`s ready.
  6. Then you`ll need to tore chicken into thin strips and add them into the pan as well. Cook your soup for one more minutes.
