Instructions:
  1. For the vegetables not to be mashed, do not cut them into the small pieces. Wash everything carefully and get down to work! Cut zucchini and eggplant into the circles.

  7. Bake the dish for 60 minutes at 392 F. At the end, all the vegetables should be soft. Open the door of the oven, unwrap the vegetables and leave them for 20 minutes to cool down.
