Classical Muffins with Cheese and Green Onion

Preheat the oven to 392 F. Grate zucchini. Chop green onion.
Fill the pan with one tablespoon of olive oil. Cook grated zucchini and onion for 2-3 minutes. Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater. Mix the flour with baking powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream with milk and egg. Add olive oil and whip everything, using a mixer.
Fill the forms with the dough.
Bake muffins for 25 minutes. Bon Appetite!
