Classical Muffins with Cheese and Green Onion

- Preheat the oven to 392 F. Grate zucchini. Chop green onion.
- Fill the pan with one tablespoon of olive oil. Cook grated zucchini and onion for 2-3 minutes. Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater. Mix the flour with baking powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Mix sour cream with milk and egg. Add olive oil and whip everything, using a mixer.
- Fill the forms with the dough.
