Instructions:
  1. First, cook the macaroni. All you need is to follow the directions on the pack. We recommend you undercook the macaroni, so that your mac n cheese won’t be mushy.
  2. Take a smaller saucepan. Melt butter in it. Slowly add flour, stirring the mass. Cook everything for about 3-5 minutes. Do not skip this step! If you cook butter with flour beforehand there won’t be the leftovers of the raw flour in your pan.
  3. Now add salt and pepper to taste. If you like hot spicy dishes, you can add a pinch of your favorite spices. Stir everything one more time.
  4. Remove the pan with macaroni and drain them. Add grated cheese into this pan. Stir everything until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Add the sauce on top of the macaroni and mix everything one more time. Bake the dish for several minutes.
