Ciabatta with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Zucchini
This Italian snack is also known as bruschetta. Combination of crunchy bread, sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You may even cook it for your guests. They will be surprised, as it`s very tasty and unusual.

Cut zucchini into small cubes.
Fry it in the pan, covered with vegetable oil until golden yellow.
Cut fresh tomato into small cubes.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and fried zucchini into the bowl. Pour a bit of olive oil, add species. Mix everything well.
Cut ciabatta into slices and fry until it becomes crunchy.
Cover these slices with the stuffing and put grated cheese on the top of it.
