  1. Cut zucchini into small cubes.
  2. Fry it in the pan, covered with vegetable oil until golden yellow.
  3. Cut fresh tomato into small cubes.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and fried zucchini into the bowl. Pour a bit of olive oil, add species. Mix everything well.
