Christmas Cookies with Ginger
Ginger always smells like a happy Christmas. This recipe is really simple, but definitely worth trying. Bake it and improve your mood!

Knead the dough, using a food processor. Mix soft butter with vanilla, eggs, ginger and the flour. Form a soft roll. Divide it into 2 pieces. Add cocoa into 1 part and mix everything one more time. Put everything into the fridge for an hour.
Form cute stars and circles.
Cut dark dough into small cubes.
Bake all the cookies at 356 F for 20 minutes and decorate them with the icing.
