Instructions:
  1. Mix candied fruit, nutmeg, raisins and almond in the bowl and leave for 12 hours.
  2. When you`re ready to bake your bread, mix 200 ml of milk with sugar and yeast. Leave them for 1 hour.
  3. Then you need to add flour, the rest of milk, butter, salt, eggs, the rest of sugar, vanilla, ginger, zest and nutmeg. Mix the dough and add rum with candied fruit. Leave the dough for 2 hours.
  4. Form a loaf and cover it with the plastic wrap. Leave it in the warm place.
  5. Bake it at 356 F for 40-60 minutes. Cover hot bread with the butter.
  6. Melt chocolate on the water bath and cover the top of the bread with this mass. Decorate it with nuts and candied fruit.
