Instructions:
  1. First you need to mix minced meat with ground chicken. Wash and peel garlic and onion. Put bread into the bowl with cold water. Leave it for several minutes and strain.
  2. Mash chicken fillet, soft bread, onion and garlic, using a meat grinder.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you like, you may add any spices or dry herbs you like.
  4. Take a separate bowl and whip an egg in it.
  5. Add sour cream.
  6. Then you need to add flour, salt and baking soda into the bowl.
  7. Mix everything for there not to be lumps in the bowl.
  8. Start forming chops. Roll each one of them in this thick dough.
  9. Fry these chops from both sides.
  10. I also recommend you to put your chops into the tray and bake them for 10 more minutes.

Serve yummy and nutritious chops with fresh salad!
