  1. To cook this chocolate dish, preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover baking tray with parchment or grease it with the oil or unsalted butter.
  2. Combine eggs with sugar, vegetable oil and sour cream in the large bowl. Mix weverything until this mass is smooth. Add vanilla to taste.
  3. Stir in cocoa. Add strong cold coffee and whiskey. Continue mixing.
  4. Add the rest of dry ingredients: salt, baking powder and flour.
  5. Add 1\3 of crushed chocolate.
  6. Pour the dough into prepared pan. Bake it for 30-40 minutes. Check whether the dish is ready, using wooden toothpick. It should be dry and clean. Leave the cake to cool down.
  7. Cook fragrant chocolate ganache. All you need is to melt the rest of chocolate and chocolate chips. Heat heavy whipped cream carefully. Stir in melted chocolate. Leave this tender ganache for 2-3 minutes. Add whiskey, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix everything one more time.
  8. Leave this chocolate cake ganache to cool down in the fridge.
  9. Top the cake with this ganache. The layer of chocolate should be even.
