Instructions:
  1. Whip eggs with sugar for 10-15 minutes. Add flour and baking powder and mix everything, using a whisk. The dough will be liquid but airy.
  2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa into the dough. Mix everything carefully.
  3. Cover the form with the butter and fill it with the dough.
  4. Bake it for 40 minutes at 356 F. Check whether it`s ready, using a wooden toothpick.
  5. Leave it to cool down and pour several teaspoons of coffee on this layer for it to be softer.
  6. Melt chocolate on the water bath. Add milk or cream and mix everything carefully.
  7. Cover everything with this chocolate mass.

That`s it. You simple sweet and tender cake is ready!
