Mix gelatin with warm water in the small bowl. Mix everything carefully. There should be no lumps in the bowl. Leave this mass for 10-15 minutes.
Melt chocolate on the water bath. Add the mixture of cream and milk.
Then you`ll need to add gelatin into this bowl.
Now you`ll need to heat everything one more time. Do not boil this mass. Stir everything from time to time.
