This is a simple recipe of chocolate pie with a rich coffee flavour. It`s soft, wet and amazingly delicious. By the way, it`s easy to use the chocolate cream for decoration.

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Prepare 2 forms, lubricated with butter. Cover them with baking paper.
  2. Take deep bowl and mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and baking powder in it. You may change the amount of sugar. Still, keep in mind that this will change the structure of dough and cream.
  3. Find another bowl. Break two eggs and whip them in it. Add warm coffee, milk, butter and vanilla extract. Mix all these ingredients.
  4. Mix dry ingredients with the liquid. Make smooth dough.
  5. Divide it into two parts and pour into two forms. Bake it for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Take these forms out of the oven and leave them to cool down.
  7. Cook chocolate cream. Take the butter out of the fridge for it to be warm while making the cream. Melt chocolate. You may use either water bath or microwave oven for it.
  8. Whip butter using blender. Add sugar powder and mix until this mass is smooth and soft. It will take about two minutes.
  9. Add vanilla, chocolate and continue whipping for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Use 1/3 of this cream to lubricate the shell with this cream. Cover it with the second shell.
  11. Use the 2/3 part to cover the edges and top of the future cake. The rest of chocolate cream may be used for decorating this dessert.
  12. Put the cake into the fridge for an hour.
  13. That`s it! Your chocolate coffee cake is ready.

By the way, if you don`t have coffee or simply do not like its taste replace it with warm water. This dessert will still be very tasty!
