Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Take two forms and lubricate them with butter. Cover them with baking paper.
  2. Mix sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and baking soda in the big bowl. It`s not recommended to change the amount of sugar used. You may spoil your cream and it will be more difficult to use it for decoration the cake.
  3. Take another bowl and whip 2 eggs together with warm coffee, milk, butter and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients. At the end you`ll have smooth liquid mass in the dough.
  5. Divide it and pour into two forms. Bake it for 25-30 minutes. Check whether the cake is ready, using a toothpick.
  6. Take forms out of the oven. Put chocolate pastry on the grid and leave it for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the form and leave to cool down.
  7. Cook chocolate cream. Take butter out of the fridge and warm it. Add chocolate, cut into big pieces. Melt it in the microwave oven or on the water bath. Leave this chocolate mass to cool down.
  8. Whip butter, using mixer. Add sugar powder and continue whipping until this mass is light an aery. It will take about 10 minutes.
  9. Add vanilla and chocolate and continue whipping. First, do it slowly, and then speed up. Mass should be smooth at the end.
  10. Lubricate one layer with this cream and cover it with the second one.
  11. Then cover the cake from all the sides and use leftovers and pastry bag to decorate your dessert.
  12. Put this cake into the fridge for an hour.
