Instructions:
  1. Crash cookies, turning them into crumbs. Mix this mass with the melted butter. Add crashed nuts and mix everything one more time.
  2. Put this dough into the form.
  3. Whip eggs, sugar, soft cottage cheese, flour and corn starch. Add caramel and mix everything one more time. Add crashed almond, sour cream and cognac.
  4. Pour this mass on the top of the first layer. Bake this dessert on the water bath. All you need is to cover the tray with several layers of the tinfoil. Put this silver pack into the deep tray, filled with hot water. Bake everything for 1,5 hours in the oven.
