Instructions:
  1. Cover the tray with baking paper and lubricate it with butter. Heat molasses with sugar in the big pot. Sugar should melt.
  2. Turn on the fire and boil everything until the mass becomes darker. Leave everything to cool down for 2 minutes.
  3. Add baking soda and whip everything quickly. Pour it into the tray.
  4. Now you need to work with the dough. Put it into the round form. Then you need to put the form into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 392 F. Cover the dough with baking paper. Add beans or rice on the top of it. This heavy stuff will help to bake even layer. Cook it for 15 minutes. Then get rid of the paper and cook for 5-7 minutes. Take the form out of the oven.
  6. Melt chocolate on the water bath. Try not to mix it. Take another pot and boil cream in it. Whip eggs in the separate bowl. Mix cream and eggs. Add chocolate and a pinch of salt. Mix everything one more time.
  7. Pour this mass into the form with the chocolate dough. Bake everything for 20 more minutes.

Then you`ll need to put the cake into the fridge for 2 hours.
