Chocolate Cake with Oatmeal, Strawberry and Fruit
This is one of the tastiest cakes I`ve ever tried. For cooking this dessert, you need to use oatmeal instead of the flour.

Crush hazelnuts and fry them on the dry pan together with oatmeal. When they are almost brown, add sugar and wait until everything is caramelized. Then you need to leave this mass to cool down.
Mash cookies, using a blend. Add these crumbs into the bowl with oatmeal. Divide this mass into two parts. Add melted butter into the first bowl and mix everything. Fill the form with this mass. Flatten the layer and put the form into the fridge.
Peel orange and cut it into slices. Wash strawberry and slice it as well. Melt dark and white chocolate on the water bath. Of course you`ll need 2 separate bowls. Leave dark chocolate to cool down and mix it with sour cream. Cover the top of the cake with this mass. Dust everything with 1/3 of the mixture of oatmeal and crumbs. Decorate your dessert with berries.
Whip cream and mix it with white chocolate and sour cream. Cover the top with the half this tender mass. Add more crumbs and another layer of berries. Repeat this process one more time and decorate your dessert with orange and berries.
Put this cake into the fridge for 4 hours. If you have enough time, leave it for the whole night in the cold place.
