  1. Start cooking this exquisite dish by preheating a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Cut bright bell peppers and chili pepper into thin slices. Cook them for 3-4 minutes in the preheated pan. The vegetables will become tender. Now you can transfer these thin slices to a large plate.
  3. Add more oil if needed. Season 2 medium sized steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook steaks for 3 minutes from both sides.
  5. Add minced garlic and grated ginger on the top of the steak. Cook meat for 30 more seconds.
  6. Take steaks out of the frying pan. Cut it into long and thin strips. Transfer the meat back into the pan together with the veggies.
  7. Now you need to cook easy sauce. Mix soy sauce with sugar, water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Whisk the sauce until smooth. If you want your meal to be spicier, add red cayenne pepper.
  8. Pour this sauce over the meal in frying pan. Simmer this meal for 3-5 minutes.
