  1. Cut meat into long slices.
  2. Mix soy sauce with the rice vinegar.
  3. Mash garlic and mix it well with the rest of ingredients.
  4. Salt and pepper the beef. Add marinade. Leave everything for 40 minutes.
  5. Peel pepper and get rid of the seeds.
  6. Cut onion into thin strips.
  7. Take a separate bowl and mix mashed garlic with red pepper and soy sauce in it.
  8. Add corn starch. Roll marinated beef in it.
  9. Pour olive into the pan and heat it.
  10. Fry meat carefully. Pieces shouldn`t stick to each other.
  11. Use the leftovers of the oil to fry pepper. Add onion and cook everything for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables into the same bowl.
  12. Fry beans for 3 minutes and add it into the bowl as well.
  13. Mix everything and add spicy soy sauce.
