Fried noodles with the sauce and pork is traditional Chinese dish. Noodles are still extremely popular in China. People over there eat them as often as rice. That`s why there should be a lot of recipes with this ingredient.

Chinese chow mein is Asian fast food. It served on the streets, in cafes and restaurants. In the USA this yummy spice snack is as popular as in China. If you have enough inspiration and culinary experience, you may cook pork or beef chow mein.  If you like to experiment, you may add ham, sausages, duck, chicken or any other ingredients. Instructions:
  1. To begin with, take frozen meat out of the fridge. Leave it in the warm place. In half an hour, cut pork into thin slices. Peel the slice of ginger and cut it into thin pieces as well. Fill the deep bowl with the mixture of the pork and ginger. Add corn starch, rice wine, soy sauce and dry chicken bouillon cubes. Mix everything very carefully. Cover the bowl with the plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Chop green onion. Peel a middle-sized onion and cut it into slices.
  3. Fill the pan with the water. Boil it. Cook noodles in it. Strain the water and wash it carefully.
  4. Take a big frying pan and fill it with the vegetable oil. Heat it. Add onion into the pan. Wait for a minute and add meat mixed with the ginger. Fry all these ingredients, stirring constantly.
  5. When meat is ready, add the noodles. Mix everything carefully. At the end you should add the black pepper sauce.

Serve yummy and spicy noodles on the plates, decorated with the green slices of cucumber. Bon Appetite!
