Instructions:
  1. A few hours before cooking, take the frozen meat out of the freezer and put it in the fridge. Immediately before cooking time, leave it in a warm place to thaw further. In half an hour, cut the pork into thin slices. Peel a slice of ginger and cut it into thin pieces. Fill a deep bowl with the mixture of pork and ginger. Add corn starch, rice wine, soy sauce and dry chicken bouillon cubes. Mix everything very carefully. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Chop the spring onion. Peel a middle-sized onion and cut it into slices.
  3. Fill a pan with water and bring it to boil. Cook noodles in it. Strain the water and rinse the noodles carefully.
  4. Take a big frying pan and pour a generous amount of vegetable oil into it, then heat it up. Add the two onion into the pan. After a minute add the meat mixed with the ginger. Fry all these ingredients, stirring constantly.
  5. When the meat is ready, add the noodles. Gently mix everything together. At the very end add the black pepper sauce.

Serve these yummy and spicy noodles on plates, decorated with green slices of cucumber. Bon Appetit!
