Chinese Chicken with Rice

  1. Cut chicken into slices.
  2. Cook yummy marinade. Mix soy sauce, honey and vinegar. When this marinade is ready, pour it on the top of chicken.
  3. Chop onion and garlic.
  4. Add these ingredients into the bowl with marinade as well.
  5. Peel and slice chili peppers. If you don`t like spicy taste, use the only one half of the pepper.
  6. In 30 minutes you may add vegetables to the bowl with poultry.
  7. Grate carrot and mix it with the rest of ingredients.
  8. In 60 minutes preheat the frying pan with the vegetable oil. Start frying poultry with vegetables. Don`t forget to stir everything constantly. Cook everything for 15 minutes. Then you need to slow down the fire and continue stewing chicken.
  9. When poultry is ready, you may get down to cooking rice. Serve fried juicy chicken together with rice.

There are a lot of different ways to cook Chinese chicken. It should be necessary fried with sweet ingredient. If you want, you may replace honey with sugar, sweet syrup or caramel.

I love to cook Chinese food. I really like the spicy and sweet sour combination. In this recipe I liked the sauce the most. I made this dish exactly as you instructed. And it turned out very tasty)
