Chickpea Tomato Salad

Today I want to share with you the recipe of simple but very nutritious salad with chickpea, tomatoes, onion, eggs and amazing dressing.
Such a fresh salad will be gone in a minute! Cook it for your friends and family and save your free time. It`s very easy to cook.
One more plus of this dish is that it`s really nutritious. You may replace main meal with this filling salad. It has an unusual taste, as I use special dressing. It`s a combination of oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and basil. Save this recipe as you may use such a dressing while cooking another fresh salads.

Ingredients for
Boiled chickpeas
1 can
2 pieces
Boiled eggs
2 pcs
0.5 pcs
Fresh parsley
to taste
1 clove
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
0.5 cup
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Salt, black pepper
to taste
Select all
  1. Cut tomatoes, onion and eggs into pieces. Strain canned chickpeas. Mix all these ingredients in the bowl.
  2. Then take another bowl and mix all the ingredients for dressing.
  3. Cover your salad with this liquid and add chopped parsley.
